iFlyDown offers a refund within 7 days of any purchase on iflydown.com. For subscriptions, the 7 days begins at sign-up. Simply contact support with your order number to initiate a refund.

Note: If you pay for a subscription (including 1-month subscription and 1-year subscription), you can get a refund if you request it within 7 days of your receipt. For instance, if you place an order on July 1, the deadline to request a refund should be July 7.
